Background manager window: width of speed-limit textbox

In the background manager window, it would be nice if the width of speed-limit textbox was a little larger. Entering a six-digit value (like 100000 KB/s) is approaching and as is, not even a 5 digit number cannot fit in there.

I guess it would be better to include the "k" in the box, so the user can enter 100 M when needed, instead of a huge amount of digits.

Yes, that would be a better idea but it would require some kind of coding. I suggested to simply enlarge it because it has a better chance of being included in the next TC version :)
