Total Commander

It is very nice that one can minimize TC to an icon in the tray. But when you maximize that icon disappears. I have many other programs where they too minimize to the tray. But when you click on them the icon stays and you can minimize by clicking on the little icon again.

In my experience this makes daily operation easier since for example when it happens that you click on the wrong icon - it is very easy to correct that
