When TC is running, TC installer will close it - sure make sense. It could be nice, if installed in that case at the end of installation process starts TC again or at least give that option - as many programs after installation does

IMHO as an unselected option it would be ok. In my cases all this stupid installation programs with a selected option starts its program with the false user account because admin login is used for an installation instead of my normal user account.
