I'm having an (orderded) set of 10 locked tabs that I use for synchronization purposes.

From time to time, I accidently mis-click and thereby dragging the current tab to another location in the list.

Is it possible to prevent locked tabs from being moved?

No, it's not possible, sorry. I recommend that you save your tabs via tab right click menu, so you can restore them at any time.
