synchronisation: immediate copy and/or move function

Hi,
when synchronizing large directory trees, I would be happy if I could copy or move files immediately, just as I can delete files now.
This is because, when I have to make manual changes - say in the copying direction - and I have to leave the sync window later for any reason, then all the manual changes are lost and I have to start over again.
Ideal would pressing F5 / F6 as usual and perhaps shift-F5 /-F6 for moving / copying in the right-to-left direction. F8 / shift-F8 for deleting would also be nice.
