I entered a string in the 'find text' dialog of a dir, of which I was sure it was somewhere, or in the subdirs, containing mainly ascii *.txt files.
Nothing was found. I tested some more, with the same result.

How can we reproduce it?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
