Right click set desktop background

Post by *dgrd1701 »

I've just discovered Total Commander and it's handy feature set. There is one thing I like in Windows 7 Beta that is missing from Total Commander, and that is the ability to right-click on a image file and set to to the desktop background (wallpaper). Since I am a photographer and artist I do this function every day. I would like to see it added to TC7 or a plugin for TC7.

That works just fine here using Windows 7 beta 1 32 bit.

In TC right clicking works a bit different by default. It requires holding down the right mouse button for a second and then the menu pops up.
You can also use set "left mouse button" selection mode on the "Operation" page in the configuration mode. This will display the context menu immediately but right mouse selections won't work anymore.
