Is the DBFRead Freeware DBF viewer, by ALXsoft, that's listed on the plugins page, available somewhere in English, please? The author's site still exists, but I get 404 or 403 when I click to download. Google turns up loads of Russian hits.
I'm looking because although I like DBView, I would like a bit more functionality, especially searching.
