New Commandline Parameter to open with a list of tabs

I often have to work on different Projects with different Tabs oben for each Project.
So I created a Folder where I store the Tab-Settings for each Project.
It would be great, if I could start TotalCmd with a Commandline-Parameter that automatically 'Open Tabs from File, replaceing existing', e.g.:

[face=courier] totalcmd.exe /tl=\tabs\project.tab[/face]

I could then create batch-files for each project, that opens TotalCmd with the right Tabs for this project and Firefox with also the right Tabs for the project ...
