Moving a locked file within the same partition.

When moving a locked file within the same partition, TC starts copying it. When it finishes copying, it prompts saying acess to file is denied. Dear author, could you please make an option with which TC won't copy file in this case?

The same happens with directories - TC starts moving their contents one by when one of files or folders in it is busy. Please make option to prompt immediately when file/folder is busy.
Why nobody saying what they think of it?

BTW, Windows 7 Explorer on Ctrl+X/V shows a window with information about program that locked this file instead of moving.
