Missing functionality when selecting items from FTP list

Hello,

I installed the new beta and I found out that one functionality is missing. I refer to the functionality of selecting items from the FTP connections list by typing the consecutive letters of a specific item. For example if you have an item called "Mirrors" you were able to quickly select it by typing "mir".

I hope that yo got the point :)

Check in:
Configuration -> Operation -> Quick Search

I think Tradegy referred to the List of FTP-connections that is shown when pressing CTRL+F
In this dialog you can -unfortunately- only quicksearch for the very first letter of a connection name. Sounds like this is worth a request ;-)

I will check whether this would be possible, thanks for the suggestion.

It was present in the previous versions...

I had a quick look at TC 7.04 and you're right, it was possible to type multiple chars to jump to a certain connection. Maybe this functionality accidentially got lost somehow when the folder support was implemented in the FTP dialog...

7.04 used standard listbox, 7.5 cannot because of folder support...

Thanks for the info.

And thanks for considering to re-implement this feature :-)

FTP-quicksearch with multiple chars seems to work fine in pb4, thanks :-)
