With so many feature requests I thought I'll add a couple of my own:
Easy ones:
1. An option in ini to put every job in background, or instead of one option maybe a couple of options one for each of (delete, unpack etc.)
2. The new %E option is great, maybe you could also add a filename only option as well, currently %O also returns relative path. Maybe also add another placeholder %G (guess) that will return a guessed name like the ALT+F5 does (dir or file).
Not so easy ones:
1. The ever returning Search in background hehe, I though I'll mention it again ::::
2. Copy/move/delete Selected files from all Tabs, a checkbox (that doesn't remeber the state) in the apropriate dialog.
3. Now that we have RegEx in search in files, we need the Replace, could be very nice, but that's just fancy so...
