Wrong information given while unpacking multiarchives

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Wrong information given while unpacking multiarchives

Post by *E.T. »

While unpacking rar multiarchives TC7.5 only shows first archive file name in caption, i.e. if you try to unpack multiarchive 1.rar, 2.rar, 3.rar, etc. it always shows "unpacking 1.rar". Not really crucial bug but worth noting. Version 7.04 worked just fine with the same version of WinRAR.

Also, as oppose to v.7 TC7.5 doesn't allow to unpack files in separate task which is much more important issue, I believe. Ability to work on something else in TC while the files are being packed/unpacked was a great feature.

I can confirm that, but I don't currently have any plans to change it, sorry.

Internal RAR unpacking doesn't support separate tasks, sorry.
