Double Clicking on Path to open Folder Hotlist

I very much liked it, when a double click anywhere on the path bar opened the directory hotlist. It was something one could do really quick for great navigation.

But I also very much like the breadcrumb concept.

Why can't we have both: Double click within a certain time interval and the directory hotlist opens, single click and you go the folder on which you click in the path.

Since people double click at different speeds, the time interval could be adjustable in ini.
