Trace of my last activities:
-I unpacked a rar archive (I have TC configured to use unrar.exe), entered the directory, selected some files and pressed Ctrl+M. Then I got the message. I have no idea what does "Out of system resources" mean, the computer is lightly loaded.

I clicked "yes" to continue execution, pressed Ctrl+M again and it worked.

This exception is created by Delphi when it fails to load a resource like (in this case) a bitmap. It either means that Windows was running out of resources, or that Windows couldn't access the totalcmd.exe file for some reason:
- TC is installed on a network drive, and the network is down
- A virus scanner is blocking access to totalcmd.exe
- There was a read error in the file (bad disk or cable)

Not A, not B. C - never had any problems. But I'll check it.
