the option (or wincmd.ini set) to packing n unpaciking archives (zip/rar) in backround would be nice, so i can work in tc without need of external program or need of open tc several times

AFAIK it is hard to realize such background operation in TC.
Select files and start external archiver like WinRar or 7-Zip - and no problem here! I often pack files to CAB and 7Z archives, so i use 7-Zip context menu items and a little tool which calls MsCab directly (console window in background). So, if you add a button on button bar to call external packer and to pass filelist to it, it will do work in background.
