Chinese isn't shown correctly in Japanese Windows.

Using Chinese lng in Japanese Windows XP.

1、Option-Misc.-Redefine HotKeys-Win+F1
2、Then click the button below to open "Choose command" dialog.
3、Select cm_List and click OK

Finally in Command textbox,some Chinese characters is shown as "?".
Not only the cm_List command's comment has this problem but also a lot of others do.

I report this bug as soon as I found it.Hoping this time it's not too late for Mr. Ghisler to fix it.

I can confirm the problem, but it doesn't seem to cause any problems with the function itself. I will try to fix it in the next version.
