Run DOS: it's no longer DOS!

It's my third suggestion in a row. This one is really tiny so please don't beat me 
The label "Run DOS" seems to be rather obsolete. For at least 95% of TC users it's no longer DOS since XP came in.
Maybe you should change it to a neutral "Run Command Prompt" which goes well with both 9x and NT.
