Reorganize ini structure: move color options from [Lister] section (FgColor, BgColor, FgSelColor, BgSelColor & LinkColor) to [Colors] section for better theme managing ... :wink:

I think it is bad for backwards compatibility.

Workaround: just move the [Lister] and the [Colors] sections next to each other in wincmd.ini, then it is not so bad.

I think that it is much more convenient to operate themes with separate ini-files through an option "RedirectSection" and would be more reasonable to store colour options Lister in section [Colors] as it is made for Compare Tool ...
