pls add history for create new file (ctrl+f4) like as in create new dir

Ctrl+F4 is not the shortcut for creating a new file - it is Shift+F4 that is assigned by default for creating a new file (Ctrl+F4 sorts the filelist by extension).

But apart from that I can support your request.
