Ini file location question

Just wondering why the two ini files aren't placed in the program folder by default?

If I install TC on one of my many other PC's the easiest way to use the same settings as my "master" PC is to just copy the whole program folder from the master machine and then use a shortcut on the second PC with the added info in the link
C:\totalcmd\TOTALCMD.EXE /I=C:\totalcmd/wincmd.ini /F=C:\totalcmd/wcx_ftp.ini

Wouldn't it make life easier if the first place TC looked was in the same folder the program was launched from instead of looking for the path from the registry..?

TC already works like this ...
Just put a line in your wincmd.ini which is located at your TC folder:

[Configuration]
UseIniInProgramDir=7
