Create 3 new buttons: View ALL, View FILES, View FOLDERS

Create 3 buttons: view ALL files, view FILES only, View FOLDERS only.
All other files managers have this capability, which helps to find the files of interest quicly.
Although, the user can now use
Sho(w)
Show All Ctrl-F10 (Alt-w,a)
Show Files Only Ctrl-F12,\
Show Folders Only Ctrl-F12,\*
Most beginners will not remember these commands.
Moreover, Sho(w) does not currently have the accelerator keys defined for:
Show Files Only
Show Folders Only
Thus, 3 new buttons would help all users!
