Is there a way to make the FTP log file size adjustable like it is for the regular log files? Like when it gets over 1000K or whatever, to make a new log file? If not, I would like to suggest adding a setting for that also.

No, unfortunately not. If you just need to log the completed transfers, you can use the LogFile2 option in wcx_ftp.ini instead of the LogFile option (see the help, section about wcx_ftp.ini).
