Context menu - does not appear option!!

I assume PGP appears in the context menu displayed by Windows Explorer?!
Have you had a peek at the X64 submenu of the context menu displayed in Total Commander 7.56a?
In case PGP is a 64-bit application its context menu entries should appear there.

Yes! I peered carefully and thoroughly to the bottom x64 ... But none of PGP...

Where to hide?

Asking whether you had gone through the X64 submenu was only meant to make sure PGP had not been missed by ignoring the content of the X64 submenu.

You have gone through the context menu and the X64 submenu carefully without detecting PGP. So it must be absent.

As I do not use PGP I cannot investigate and tell why T.C. does not display it.

I can only advise you to install the 32-bit version of PGP. TC tries to show all 64-bit shell extensions in the x64 submenu, but it can only show well-behaving shell extensions.
