Simple test:
1. Edit wincmd.ini: add to e.g. [Colors] section parameter RedirectSection=C:\Windows\test.ini (enter path to folder where TC have no write permissions),
2. Restart or start new TC,
3. Open Configuration/Colors and try to change something and then save...
TC warns that it can't save wincmd.ini. Hovewer, it can't save not wincmd.ini but C:\Windows\test.ini (which is used for redirection).
I think it would be much more informative if TC write correct path to INI that can't be accessed/written.
If redirected INI is inaccessible, TC warns about main INI

Unfortunately TC doesn't know about the redirection in the function where it reports the ini write error - the redirection occurs at a deeper level. I think that people who are clever enough to use redirection will notice themselves that the error was in the redirected ini.

I would have to change too many functions (there are 100s using the ini functions), and I didn't find it important enough to spend so much time on it. There are much more important things to do...
