Why is [PackerPlugins64] format different from [ContentPlugins64] and [ListerPlugins64]? I would have expected

instead of

[PackerPlugins64]
exts=doc*html*

I would prefer to have some more consistency. First format is easier to deal with in tools (like Plugin Manager), external plugin installers or so called power packages by calling Ini file functions of Win API. Second format requires more complex string parsing and handling. Can you please make it consistent and keep it simple?
