[TC8.0ß3 x64] Engl. Lister Menu Displays Russian String

Just stumbeld upon a weird phenomenon:
The lister file menu of T.C. 8.0ß3 64-bit displays a Russian string next to the string "Open ..." and ther German umlaut "ä" next to the string "Save As ...".
No similar foreign strings detected in other lister menus.
It does not happen on T.C. 8.0ß3 32-bit either, nor on T.C. 8.0ß2 32-bit/64-bit. => tc8b3-x64-lister-file-menu

Server 2008 R2, English, classic theme
Windows 2003 Std SP2, 64-bit, English, classic theme
Total Commander 8.0ß3 64-bit

Yes, I confirm (TC 8b3x64Eng, Win7x64Eng). It is funny but the word displayed ("Рсуский") does not exist in the Russian language! I suppose it is the misspelled "Русский" ("Russian"), that is, the "с" letter was moved from the third position to the second.

Yes, it's there just for test purposes, because accents had stopped working.

The Russian string and the German umlaut ä have disappeared from the English lister file menu in Total Commander 8.0ß4 64-bit.
