Inactive focus rectangle around status bar [32/64]

I can reproduce it only in brief mode:

1. Start TC with clean INI:

[Configuration]
InactiveFocus=1

2. Switch both panels to brief view.
3. Activate or open any window above TC window (e.g. Win+R window) and move it above status bars below TC panels. TC will draw dashed rectangle around status bar.

After activating TC hides that buggy rectangle from active panel's status bar.

Tried with TC8b8 32/64 under Win7x64Pro.
