[TC8b12 64bit] - button, choose command -> crash (part 2)

Hello,

assigning a command to a freshly added button causes a crash.

- Right click on empty space in the button bar, confirm Change...
- Add a new empty button
- click on a button to invoke Choose command
- select whatever and click OK -> crash

I haven't tried all possible command. 32bit version is OK

Reproduced the bug using T.C. 8.0ß12 64-bit.
Confirm the bug is fixed in T.C. 8.0ß13 64-bit.
