tutorial tc android rc4

Hello there,
I am een very old customer and have allways had windows tc.
During a month or two i tried ubuntu, but without tc hmhmhm
Now i buy myself a odys xpress tablet 800px width with android 2.3
I saw tc for andoid and tried it, but i need a tutorial or getting started , i donnot dare to experiment with tc on my new tablet
