I suggest to add 0/100 and 100/0 to the right click menu of the panel divider.

I assume this command is already there - but hiding. I would like to see all hardcoded commands of the Total Commander to be fully availlable for the users.
Therefore I support this request!

You could say so - since TC 8.0b10 we have:
cm_100Percent=910;Window separator at 100%
