[b18-x64] Create CRC: Broken SHA1 checkbox

When checking or unchecking SHA1 checkbox, suggested crc file extension does not change and if MD5 was checked before, it does not get unchecked. When the actual checksum is generated, it's the right one (but can end up in file with wrong extension).

Broken in beta 18-19, beta 17 works correctly. Only 64-bit version affected, 32-bit is fine.

Confirmed. Also, why not use RadioButtons instead? So we can see all options and not just MD5 and SHA1.
