TC 8.01RC3 x32 - bug with mouse in adress bar

TC 8.01RC3 x32 (clean withowt settings or plugins), Windows XP SP3 rus.

Mouse cursor all time above "current directory" bar (edit path field above file list). Click on empty free space on the right of the address, then quickly (!) hold down the left mouse button and drag it left or right. Do it quickly, before the address has not yet turned into a text (or when he just started to turn).

Confirm bug. Even more, sometimes dragging is not needed.
