Steps:
- Go to buil-in "installed apps" plugin
- Remove an app (uninstall)

The list of installed applications is not updated like in version 1

This was moved to a background thread because it didn't work when TC was closed when the delete confirmation came up. I will refresh the list when TC gets back the focus.
