How to enable to see iPhone drive?

Post by *Cobras »

TC shows all available driver buttons including Network neighborhood. When iPhone is connected to PC via USB cable, iPhone button does not show in TC. Is there a way to place iPhone button along with other C, D, and other drive buttons? That would make easier to copy/move mov files from iPhone to PC.

BTW, iPhone drive is seen when Windows Explorer is opened. I thought that TC could do the same thing as Windows Explorer. My OP is windows 7.

I don't have an iPhone to check, but for my phone following works:

Goto Menu Commands => Open desktop folder
From there go into "Computer", you'll see all drives listed as in explorer.

That worked. If a Menu bar is available, that would be more quicker to see iPhone. Thanks.

In the path bar, there's a little triangle on the left. You can access it more quickly from there. Or make a shortcut to Computer using the command cm_OpenDrives in the Button bar.

KR,
Yeah. Both worked nicely. I created a button bar for cm_OpenDrives. When I clicked this button bar, it took exactly 15 seconds to see the appearance of all drive letters. The button is convenient. Is there a way to cut the lag time of 15 sec to a few sec:-) OS is Win 7 Pro with 8 GB RAM.
Thanks for your tips.
