TC Unpacked v6.02

Post by *sas2000 »

You can find the unpacked version of TC 6.02 at http://clubtotal.free.fr/

"Normally TC is packed to created a smaller file (version 6.0 and higher is packed with UPX, earlier versions with Aspack). This may cause startup delays when a background virus scanner on your PC tries to analyse/unpack the TC executable. This 'unpacked' version can then be used as a replacement of the default executable from the normal installation package.
Note: the executable still has the same anti-corruption-self-test protected as in the packed version." (from CLUB TOTAL)

Thanks Maxwish, Sas.

Thanks, I needed it. Since I had to change antivirus because CA decided to drop support for Innoculan, now with my new antivirus, TC seemed to crawl.

If someone has trouble with TC an XP Servicepack 2 (beta) it could be a solution to use the unpacked TC version - according to a thread in the german forum.
