BUG: (little) In configuration - color change, the >>

This is very little problem - not important
In TC6.03 history.txt says:
29.03.04 Fixed: In configuration - color change, the >> button after "Cursor text" could be clicked even if the cursor text couldn't be changed

However this button remains active when I open configuration - color change.
I have "Use inverted cursor/selection" normally disabled.
When I check and uncheck "Use inverted cursor" then button >> becomes inactive.
I guess on initial opening of window it is not checked if button >> should be enabled or disabled, but after changing the related option: "Use inverted cursor or selection" everything is correct.
I use WinXP Pro and TC6.03.
