[Feature Request] Renaming

Hello there!
I would be thankful if you could apply the following modification, since this would really speed up my workflow!
Upon renaming a file, the textfield in the popup should be instantly focused, so that the onscreen-keyboad is opened immediately and you can start typing. Also, it would be very useful, if the name of the folder or the name of the file was selected in advance. At last i would suggest, that if there is an extension on a file, this should be excluded from the selection.
What i mean is, a filename like "foo.bar" would be pre-selected as foo.bar, whereas the bold font-face represents the selection.
This way changing the mere name of a file would speed up significantly, and changing the extension would essentially not differ from what its like now.
PS: I just noticed thats exactly the way Windows (at least Vista) does it in its own filebrowser.
