[TC6.03 suggestion] Reread after a sub bar is created

* Select menu option Configuration/Button Bar
* Click the Append button
* Click the Add Subbar button and create a sub bar in the directory currently visible in one of the file windows of Total Commander.
* Click the OK button until you are back in the main window of Total Commander.
* The newly created sub bar file is not listed in the file window. You will have to a Reread (CTRL+R) for the file to be visible.

Suggestion: Automatically do the reread if a sub bar is created in one of the displayed directories.
