Refresh window after buttonbar command finished

In buttonbar I added a call to an exe which changes the readonly attribute of a file.
After the exe finished I'd like to refresh automatcally the TC window so I can see the changes.
How can I do that?

You can't, press F2 or Ctrl-R

Everything is cool!
If the exe does not show his own window, the TC window does not refresh.
BUT if the exe shows his own window, then the TC windows refreshes!

Yes everytime TC receives focus, it refreshes.
