[sftp plugin] problem with filenames

Hello.
Can't transfer files with ' in filenames from Debian machine.
Something like "King's Field.iso".

"Write error
Error writing to target file!"

The problem with SFTP is that the file names are sent to a Unix command line. Some characters like ' have special meanings there. Normally the used library should escape such characters, but this doesn't seem to happen here...
