Can't copy Files between 2GB and 4GB size to SD Card (FAT32)

First of all. Total Commander is a very good tool and I like to use it under windows and now under android too. I post this report to make it better.
It is not possible to move or copy files with a size greater than 2 GByte and lower 4GB to the internal or external SD Card of my Android Device
(SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 10 2014 Edition with Android 4.3)
using the Total Commander. Total Commander only opens the move/copy window but the progressbar keeps at 0% and makes no progress. No error message is displayed.
This seems a bug for me cause of following reasons.
a) Copy of this file works fine if I use another app (e.g. 'Datei Manager') on the same device !
b) The SD card is formated as FAT32 (I checked this, which supports files size up to 4GByte)
c) Putting the SD Card to my PC and copying under Windows 7 also works fine for files between 2GByte and 4GByte
d) Playing the file > 2 GB (which is a large video file) with any videoplayer on my device (which was copied according a) also works fine, so android in this version seems to support files > 2 GByte and < 4GByte on FAT32 formatted SD cards correctly on my device
It would be nice to fix this, because total commander is my prefered tool for file management !
