All my success stories are on www.totalcmd.net in an appropriete category the only useful plugin I found MxUUE to work with UUE-coded files as with archieves. The rest is trash

new plugin: IETotal (Install Explorer port for TC)
this plugin that can make the FAR install Explorer plugin work on TC. I haven't tested it extensively yet, but the download is available in this Dir (file: WCX-FAR.Install.Explorer ... )

It works very well. I just have added this line

section and CTRL+PgDown opens any installer SFX !

About IeTotal and Far:
After coping the files and dir in TC dir, i added this line in [PackerPlugins] of wincmd.ini:
exe=335,C:\TotalCmd\ietotal.wcx
and it seems to work with CTRL+PgDn , I see the content of installation exe files:D
But is this a correct solution

1. New version, see same link - now plugin can be placed in any directory (not only TC root)
2. All credit to finding this file should go to Nigurrath.
3. Author is guy/gal? called Virus [VHD] (how trustworthy )
4. install like gnozal8 says:
add a line like

_IETotal=64,T:\wcx_far\InstallExplorer\IETotal.wcx

to wincmd.ini
"_IETotal" can be any fictitious extension...you don't need to use EXE! (in fact, when using EXE, this will mean all your exe icons become the default archive icon)

note: if you use other 'exe' plugins like one of the resource plugins, then you must make sure the IEtotal plugin is the first in the packerplugins list in the wincmd.ini, otherwise the other plugin will be used for CTRL-PAGEDOWN first....
