Is it possible too make compatible total commander with The freebox mini 4k android tv box and total commander and usb plugin too acces ntfs hd etc..

Sorry, the USB plugin isn't my work, it was created by someone else. He only offers it via play store. There are plugins for Google Chrome which allow to download apps from the Play store to Windows, e.g. APK downloader:
