Hi,
I want to report, that Total Commander does not see USB on Android M. With "not see" I mean that I do not have USB icon under SD Card on main screen.
Path to USB on Android M is /storage/"USB_ID"
See screenshots:

Google has probably changed the layout of the mounts file again, so TC cannot find the drive automatically. Please do the following:
1. Connect a USB stick
2. Copy the file /proc/mounts to your internal sd card. This should work without root rights.
3. Post the file here, or send it to support at ghisler dot com
Btw, you can add your own link on the home folder like this:
1. Navigate to the root of the USB stick
2. Tap on the bookmarks icon in the title bar
3. Enter a name
4. Choose the option to show the bookmark in the home folder

Is it this one?
/storage/4FFA-EDFA
This would make it impossible to detect it as USB.

Yes, that's connected stick...
If i connect other stick, path is changed to /storage/OTHER_NUMBERS_AND_LETTERS

What happens when you connect a stick which has a volume label? Does it show up the same way, or as /storage/volumelabel ?

That stick has a volume label, so it shows only devices ID as folder...
