Improvements for Help on Quick Search and Command line

Suggestions:
1. When Quick Search window is opened, F1 should open "Dialog box: Quick search for file name" help page.
2. On the help page "Configuration - Quick Search", the words "quick search window" should be a link to "Dialog box: Quick search for file name" help page.
3. The help page "Command line" currently says:

All letters you type are redirected to the command line.

I suggest to change this to something like following:

All letters you type are redirected to the command line (unless Quick Search is set to "Letters only" or "Letters - with search dialog", in this case use cursor left and cursor right while SHIFT is hold down to type in command line).

In above proposed text the "Quick Search" text should be a link to "Configuration - Quick Search" help page.
