Not left/right aligned to the remaining sections plus it start a pixel or so higher to the remaining configuration areas (you can tell while flipping in between different areas):
Maybe this is a chance to finally see the Tabstops sections boarders fill in the whole width for a uniform look to the remaining sections. I always used to find this one odd looking compared to the remaining:
