Minor GUI configuration layout

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

In the Configuration - Edit/View there are some minor layout errors.

When checking in TC8.52a, similar issues are there, but some have shifted a bit...

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do - the horizontal lines are not in a determined place because they depend on the used font.
