Enhance Queue system - delete and start queue paused.

Hello,
I think one of the best features of TC is the queue manager.
It would be nice to give it more flexibility and more power.
1) Add Deletion to queue F8+F2
2) Add the possibility to add items to queue without starting the copy/move/delete process. This would be helpful for example when trying to deploy some source file on a live web application but the source is is one place and the destination is split between multiple targets. So without a deployment tool, i can easily start the copy procedure with Queue - but paused first, and only I've set all the copy paths to start the actual copy queue and have less downtime and more preparation time.
3) Maybe add the possibility to reorder queue operations - "i just realized that the last file added to the copy queue is one important that I'd like tot have it sooner then the rest of the files. I know this might introduce some conflicts together with deletion (copy A to X, Delete A from X, is not possible to reorder) but might be useful.
