It would be a great thing if I have the choice to disable these messages.

I don't really care but while I do not want it I voted No.

There is actually a workaround to this. If you modify your wincmd.ini file with the following line: AlwaysCopyInBackground=1 then all your coping and moving actions will be performed in the background skipping in this way the initial confirmation dialog box. Is this satisfactory enough?

You mean that we have to add this line in wincmd.ini.
Can you please explain in which sector I have to add it?
I added in on the top of the ini file but still confirmation messages.

If you don't care why not voting Yes?
You don't want 1 extra option checkbox in the configuration menu?
Default = with confirmation messages.
uncheck checkbox = without confirmation messages

And if you would have placed a 'Don't care' option I would have voted there.

Maybe you should select your question more careful next time.

It should (can) be on the top but of course under the [Configuration] line. But I misunderstood your suggestion. This will not get rid of the initial dialog box but send the progress info to the background and let you continue working with TC. Sorry, my mistake! There is no possible (current) way to remove this behaviour.

I have this parameter set to "1" and confirmation window is still being displayed. For both F5 and Shift+F5 shortcuts. Am I missing something?
